The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of data experience, with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in data, reporting, or a related technical field.
• Experience with data systems, reporting tools, and large data sets.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems and source files.
• Develop routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support operations and identify trends.
• Test and validate software, data integrations, and reporting functionality.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and improve data and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to program requirements.
