We are hiring Client Services Representatives in Puerto Rico to join our remote team. We welcome candidates who are already licensed insurance agents as well as those who are not yet licensed but are motivated to become one.

For unlicensed candidates, we provide full training, exam sponsorship, and guidance to help you earn your insurance license and begin a career in the U.S. insurance industry. This is more than a job — it’s a career path with opportunities for training, growth, and leadership.

Duties

• Manage insurance policy renewals, endorsements, billing, and customer communications
• Deliver responsive, professional insurance customer service to clients
• Build trusted long-term client relationships as a licensed insurance advisor (with our support)
• Gain hands-on experience with U.S. insurance operations
• (If unlicensed) Complete training and study toward obtaining an insurance license in Puerto Rico with our sponsorship

Qualifications

• Resident of Puerto Rico with customer service, sales, or account management experience
• Must present a valid government-issued ID
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Already licensed in insurance or committed to becoming licensed (training and exam support provided)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (both required)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
• Proficient with digital tools, including G-Suite, Aircall, Pipedrive, and similar platforms

Compensation & Job Type
