Job summary

Skyline Staffing in Aurora, IL is seeking a bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team. You will oversee temps, recruit for client companies, and serve as the daily operations point person for filling orders.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring/terminating and scheduling to maintain staffing levels, plus data entry, records maintenance, recruiting events, advertising, and networking in a manufacturing/warehousing context.

Qualifications

Main job functions of a recruiter include overseeing currently working temporary employees as well as recruiting new employees for our client companies. Provide customer service excellence to our customers as the point person for the daily operations of filling orders to meet customer needs. Interviewing, hiring/terminating & scheduling, in order to maintain proper staffing levels. Other administrative duties such as data entry, records maintenance, participation in recruiting events, advertising, job flyers, online postings, and networking. We provide skilled as well as entry-level general labor staffing for manufacturing and warehousing client companies.
