About The Role

The Customer Service Representative helps schedule and coordinate rides to medical facilities for customers unable to drive themselves. Our goal is to ensure timely, stress-free transportation to medical appointments by making the scheduling process smooth and simple for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule routes and dispatch trips to providers
  • Assist in coordinating mass transportation when needed
  • Administer trips for volunteer/independent drivers and mileage reimbursement programs
  • Work closely with transportation providers and healthcare facilities to resolve issues
  • Assign reservations to network providers to optimize vehicle resource use
  • Maintain daily communication with transportation providers
  • Ensure accurate trip data entry to minimize errors and delays

Qualifications

Skills & Experience Needed

  • High patience, empathy, and care for customers
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound call center with high call volume and data entry
  • Previous inbound call center experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently or in a team

  • High School Graduate or GED
