About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Medical Transportation

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals get to their medical appointments. You'll schedule rides, coordinate logistics, and ensure each customer’s journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Responsibilities

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Schedule transportation and dispatch trips
  • Assist in coordination of mass transportation when needed
  • Administer trips for volunteer/ independent drivers and mileage reimbursement program
  • Works closely with transportation providers and health care facilities to resolve problems
  • Assigns reservations to network providers to ensure that vehicle resources are used most efficiently and effectively to meet client demand
  • Responsible for daily communication with transportation providers
  • Ensures accurate trip data input to minimize errors and delays in timelines
Qualifications

Customer Service & Communication

  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Clear and confident phone etiquette
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfort navigating multiple computer systems and using keyboard shortcuts

Experience

  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish languages
