What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Deliver a high level of customer service on every interaction
  • Manage customer relationships from initial contact to resolution in an omni-channel environment
  • Process warranty-based returns for home charging products
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for mobile app and account management for Tesla charging products
  • Achieve expectations on all Key Performance Indicators, monthly, quarterly, and bi-annually
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer call handling experience
  • Must be fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Understanding of Telemetry Data and basic data mining
  • Experience with configuration analysis and modification
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze connectivity and networking issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with account administration tasks such as product replacement and account updates
  • Experience with troubleshooting connectivity issues in customer networks
  • Knowledge of Tesla products and features
