Overview

Position: Customer Service Representative
Languages: Bilingual English/Spanish
Location: United States, Florida, Tampa
Work Type: 100% Remote (Equipment Provided)
Pay: $17/hr (range may apply; see pay and benefits below)
Schedule: Must be available Monday-Saturday 6:45am-7:15pm EST
Anticipated Start Date: November 3, 2025
Contract: 2-3 Month Contract

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience
  • Answer customer calls
  • Reset passwords
  • Assist with creating accounts
  • Uploading documents
  • Answering general questions
  • Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
  • Help customers manage their accounts
  • Verify eligibility for coverages/review healthcare options
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years remote call center experience
  • Must be able to troubleshoot issues with equipment while working from home (Internet Familiarization Assessment required)
  • Must have reliable internet connection (not compatible with T-Mobile internet)
  • Experience Level: Entry Level
Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
  • Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
