A leading technology services provider is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in a fully remote capacity. This entry-level role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of call center experience and the ability to troubleshoot with home equipment. Competitive pay and various benefits are offered.

Pay Rate: $17/hr • Schedule: Availability Monday–Saturday 6:45am–7:15pm EST • Anticipated Start Date: November 3, 2025 • 2-3 Month Contract
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, benefits may include:
