Senior Manager Business Operations/Recruiter at ITRS

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be translating medical documents with the client's software from Spanish to English.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability in medical related topics such as Medicare
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms
• Translate documents from English and Spanish utilizing company software

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• MUST BE FLUENT in both Spanish and English

This is a $17/hr full time 40 hour a week contract
