About This Position

Wage: $18.50 per hour

Bonus: $300

Potential to earn up to $300 monthly bonus

Full-time with Benefits

***Must live in the St. Louis Missouri Metropolitan Area***

***Must be fluent in both English and Spanish***

Training: M-F 8am-4pm (3 weeks)

2nd Shift Availability: M-F 2pm-11pm and Saturday 10am-4pm

Job Responsibilities

The Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative serves as the primary contact for Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers. Responsibilities include:

• Providing inbound customer service via phone and chat
• Processing orders, deposits, and tracking shipments
• Handling questions regarding order status, returns, and product knowledge
• Completing administrative tasks related to customer interactions
• Meeting performance metrics and quality standards
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in Spanish and English (Speaking and Writing)
• Availability for days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
• Attending a two-week training from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
• Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Typing speed of 30 wpm
• Must reside in the St. Louis metropolitan area
