Job summary

GAINSCO in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from customers and agents, resolve policy and billing inquiries, and document interactions in the knowledge base.

This hybrid role starts with 6 weeks of training (in-office then hybrid) and requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years in a call center or insurance service, and strong communication skills. Spanish bilingual options are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as a Representative in a Call Center or 2+ years in a Sales/Service role in insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound phone calls primarily from customers and agents.
• Assist agents in the Independent Agent channel and handle policy inquiries, billing inquiries, payments, and policy changes.
• Document calls and outcomes with accuracy and use knowledge bases for guidance.
• Strive for first-call resolution with empathy and clear communication.
