What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with a wide range of healthcare inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to inform customers about relevant changes
- Provide support in finding primary care physicians within network options
- Utilize multiple systems efficiently while communicating with customers
- Maintain an organized and dedicated workspace while working remotely
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency in using multiple systems
- Open availability between 7 am - 2 am EST, 7 days a week
