Job summary

Furniture Mart USA in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a friendly, family-like team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on answering calls, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries with care and accuracy.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM with Saturday rotation, start wage $20/hour, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Starting Wage: $20/hour
Summary:
Make a positive difference by playing a key role in achieving our customer satisfaction! This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your excellent customer service skills while being a part of a fun, friendly, family-like team. No sales or collections involved!

• Full-Time (40 hrs/wk): Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM, and every other Saturday 9AM - 6PM
• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Order parts for our customers, stores, and warehouses
