Job summary

Furniture Mart USA is seeking a full-time Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to support store and warehouse inventory and purchasing decisions. The role involves reviewing sales reports, ordering product, communicating with vendors, and assisting executives with purchasing strategies.

Qualifications

• Purchasing and inventory experience preferred, but not required (will train).
• Strong quantitative, analytical skills, and computer knowledge is required.
• Self-motivated, independent thinker who is highly organized and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Order product to maintain inventory in stores and warehouses.
• Review sales reports, enter data, work with numbers, and analyze reports.
• Maintain communication with vendor representatives.
• Work with executive management for purchasing.
• Assist store managers with product issues.
• Make suggestions to management about dropping items or rotating inventory based on report analysis.

Summary:

• Full-Time (40 hrs/wk): Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Order product to maintain inventory in our stores and warehouses
• Review sales reports, enter data, work with numbers, and analyze reports
