Job summary

CPC Integrated Health in Neptune, NJ is seeking a Crisis Intervention Specialist (Bilingual Spanish) to join a professional team delivering Children’s Crisis Response services. You will provide targeted services and interventions for up to 72 hours, working day and evening shifts, with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities include initial assessments, developing Individual Crisis Plans, weekly client re-evaluations, and meticulous documentation in the DHS CYBER system, with potential overtime to

Qualifications

• Master's Degree plus one year of experience, OR bachelor's degree with three years of experience required, five years preferred
• Prior experience providing treatment services to children or adolescents is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Valid NJ driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bi-lingual in Spanish required
• LSW or a LAC is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver Crisis Response services 24/7 and provide specific services up to 72 hours; may stay past shift end to complete crisis response
• Complete initial assessment of client needs and develop an Individual Crisis Plan
• Complete assessments required by the regulatory agency governing the program
• Re-evaluate the client throughout treatment with at least weekly calls documented timely
• Provide accurate documentation of treatment and maintain updated electronic records in DHS CYBER system
• Gather information to complete online 3560/PE applications and send supporting documentation to county/state agencies to ensure insurance coverage
