Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence and credit reviews.
• Analyze credit risk and assign ratings for designated portfolio.
• Prepare detailed credit analyses and applications.
• Manage deadlines and coordinate with related parties.
• Oversee covenants compliance and facility due dates.
• Lead new deals with moderate complexity for existing and new customers.
• Advise account officers on credit risk issues.
• Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements.
