Responsibilities
  • Make accurate and timely credit decisions within company guidelines, ensuring compliance with fair lending, credit, and collateral policies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with dealers to ensure effective communication and smooth business operations.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to enhance application flow, improve credit quality, and achieve better look-to-book ratios.
  • Negotiate with dealers to secure favorable terms while maintaining high dealer satisfaction.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews with prospective clients to validate key application information.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to credit applications, customer service, and other projects.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial or banking roles.
  • Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
