Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, along with an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and confidently via video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria (must be willing to obtain if not already available).
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread over three or more days.

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
