Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience, extensive tax law knowledge, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to delivering excellent customer service to delight and empower clients.
• Excellent customer service skills, confident in interacting via video and audio tools professionally and friendly.

What You Need

• Willingness to obtain or already have internet that meets Intuit's security standards.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
