ProSource Staffing in Houston, TX seeks a dependable bilingual English/Spanish Crater / Crate Builder for a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse role. You will measure, cut, assemble, and secure wooden crates and pallets, and operate forklifts to move materials safely around the facility.

The position requires forklift experience, bilingual communication, and comfort using hand and power tools. Ability to read instructions and follow blueprints is essential, with a focus on quality and safety

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Experience in crating, carpentry, pallet building or similar hands-on environments.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations; proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and repair wooden crates, pallets, shipping containers, and related packaging materials.
• Measure and cut lumber and other materials accurately using a tape measure and appropriate tools.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, including saws, nail guns, staple guns, drills, and other equipment.
• Safely operate tools and equipment following all safety procedures.
• Read and follow work instructions, measurements, specs, and diagrams.
• Inspect crates and pallets for proper assembly and secure packaging.
