• Look up parts using internal systems and print shipping documents and shippers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional front counter and work area.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and team members.
• Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks related to order processing.
• Support shipping and receiving when necessary.
• Proactively bring ideas to improve counter operations and customer experience.
