Job summary

FeldCare Connects, an app-based therapy network, is seeking a self-motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in the Anaheim area.

This Independent Contractor role focuses on delivering therapy services in patients' homes, following plans of care, and collaborating with the health care team to promote functional independence. Bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT home health services defined by state laws and the plan of care, coordinating with the health care team.
• Help patients engage in therapy activities to improve function and safety.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
• Instruct patients, families, caregivers, and the health care team in therapy activities.
