FeldCare Connects is a California-based app-based therapy network seeking a self-motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in Pomona.

The role is an Independent Contractor position serving the Pomona area, with opportunities to set your own schedule and earn above-average compensation while supporting a dedicated care team and patient outcomes.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• California COTA license required to practice in home health.
• Ability and enthusiasm to work with patients of all ages; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality home healthcare to patients of all ages in accordance with the plan of care.
• Follow and support the treatment plan; perform interventions to improve patient wellbeing and function.
• Observe, document, and communicate patient progress and changes to the care team.
