Responsibilities

• Oversee written content for campaigns, websites, social media, email, print materials, direct mail, video scripts, and other marketing channels.
• Review and edit copy to ensure quality, clarity, accuracy, strategic alignment, and consistency with brand standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of copywriters; set objectives and review progress.
• Develop messaging strategies and content plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate direct mail lifecycle and ensure production quality with vendors.
