Compass Connections is hiring for a Fairfield, CA kitchen role. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of related experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. The job involves preparing meals, maintaining sanitary conditions, and following safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Saturday through Wednesday, 11am to 8pm, with benefits starting on day one. Certification in first aid, CPR, and emergency behavior intervention is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months of related experience and/or training.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain sanitary conditions in kitchen and dining areas per licensing standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
• Weigh and measure ingredients to prepare standard food products.
• Maintain knowledge of materials and equipment used in cooking.
• Follow Compass Connections safety protocols during emergencies.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and confidentiality with staff and clients.
