Responsibilities

• Sourcing qualified skilled trades candidates for field roles (e.g., welders, fabricators, ironworkers, crane operators).
• Screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, coordinating on-site interviews with project managers.
• Overseeing onboarding and workforce integration, including safety training and paperwork.
• Building relationships with project managers, field supervisors, unions, and community partners to meet staffing needs.
