Innodata is seeking a Content Evaluator – Bilingual (Vietnamese and English) to perform human quality evaluations for an enterprise AI support product across Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger. This remote US role requires careful scoring against evaluation rubrics using provided knowledge bases.

You will verify intent and facts, participate in dual reviews, and help calibrate performance targets through precise, consistent labeling with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience (email/chat/phone) highly valued.
• Exceptional written English with brand-voice awareness.
• Excellent written Vietnamese with tone and nuance.

• Comfort using web-based labeling tools.

Responsibilities
