Job summary
Heritage Concrete Construction LLC is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting & Training Specialist to lead field recruitment and workforce development on active Florida projects. You will build recruiting pipelines, coach field staff, and partner with foremen to identify strengths and develop career paths.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction, leadership experience, and fluent English/Spanish, with travel to sites and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction industry experience, preferably concrete/heavy civil.
- Leadership experience as foreman, lead, trainer, or similar.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required, with effective written and verbal communication.
- Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Recruit field positions including Laborers, Carpenters, Foremen, and related roles.
- Build relationships with employees, field leaders, and candidates on jobsites.
- Develop recruiting pipelines through trade programs, schools, partners, events, and referrals.
- Screen candidates and align with Heritage's requirements and values.
- Coach and develop employees; support career pathways.
- Track training participation and effectiveness; support safety training.
