Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Atlanta, GA seeks a Site Safety Professional with 5+ years in construction safety. The role requires bilingual communication and OSHA 30/510 certifications, with the ability to lead on-site safety practices across projects.

You will administer the Accident Prevention Plan, develop safety policies with field teams, investigate incidents, and maintain relationships with trades and vendors to foster a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in construction safety.
• Must be bilingual.
• Must have OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal communication skills to convey information to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Fall Protection & Confined Space training.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work practices to instill an injury-free culture on site.
• Assist admin of Accident Prevention Plan and safety policies on jobsites.
• Ensure safety reports and documentation are submitted on time per client requirements.
• Collaborate with site safety manager and field to develop safety policies; monitor effectiveness.
