Job summary

Rustic Fence and Steel in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced, dependable Construction Forklift Operator/Yard Worker to move, load, stage, and inventory materials in our busy yard. The role requires fluent English and Spanish and hands-on outdoor work.

You will work with steel, fencing materials, lumber, and equipment, perform daily inspections, coordinate with dispatch and shop teams, and help ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of construction forklift operating experience.
• Able to lift/move 60–100 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Safe operation and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and yard equipment to move, stage, load, unload, and organize materials.
• Load/unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
• Stage materials for deliveries and fabrication according to tickets and work orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain organized racks, storage areas, and clear pathways.
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with team members and drivers.
