Accent Senior Care is growing and seeking a bilingual Community Liaison / Intake Coordinator in Las Vegas. The role spans field visits and office coordination to build referral relationships with hospitals, clinics and community partners.

You will handle initial client intake, referrals, and begin services within 24–48 hours while supporting Medicaid prior authorizations and maintaining online listings.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through

Aufgaben

• Visit hospitals, discharge planners and Medicaid plans to build referral relationships
• Receive new referrals and complete the initial client intake
• Get new clients started on service within 24–48 hours
• Help keep Medicaid prior authorizations renewed on time
• Keep Google Business Profile and care-directory listings up to date
