NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Community Development Supervisor to lead a multilingual sales team at Valley of the Temples in Kaneohe, HI. The role emphasizes personal sales leadership, recruiting and developing top talent, and directing community outreach.

You will oversee training, events, and preplanning seminars while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards. This is a high-visibility, commission-driven leadership position with a substantial six-figure

Qualifications

• Bilingual required with strong English and additional language skills.
• Two years sales experience preferred; one year leadership/management preferred.
• Proficient with computers and software; CRM experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs; lead community outreach/events and preplanning seminars.
• Hold daily meetings with sales advisors to ensure goals are met.
• Meet personal sales targets monthly; this is a selling position.
• Ensure staff are trained on products/services and aware of inventory and spaces available.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Provide support to the sales team to grow advisor success and company results.
• Observe and ride along with sales advisors prospecting/sales activities.
• Certify advisors in effective presentations.
• Ensure daily prospecting for pre-need sales presentations and results meeting standards.
• Maintain thorough records of leads, referrals, closing ratios, and follow-up results.
• Report to the sales manager daily for direction and unit status.
