The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Laurel, MD team, managing a diverse commercial lines book and delivering exceptional client service.

The role involves renewals, quoting new business, and the potential to advance to Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. Knowledge of AgencyZoom and Hawksoft is preferred; a P&C license is a plus. Hybrid or on-site options may apply where available.

Qualifications

• P&C license preferred.
• Commercial lines experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency required.
• Familiar with AgencyZoom and Hawksoft.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions at the Laurel office to understand workflows and processes.
• Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts.
• Handle account renewals, gather intake information, and provide client support.
• Quote new and renewal business; potential to engage in sales with uncapped commissions.
• Use AgencyZoom and Hawksoft to manage accounts efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to ensure client satisfaction and agency growth.
