Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work or related field from an accredited institution.
- Two years of teaching or academic advising experience required.
- Two years of direct service delivery to low-income, first-generation college students or students of color preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advises high school participants regarding academic performance, career planning and college admissions in schools and at the university.
- Develops curriculum for college preparation seminar courses for both academic year and summer components.
- Maintains documentation of program activities and compiles annual performance reports.
