5. 목회적 덕망과 건강한 영적 리더십을 갖추신 분
6. 미국 체류 및 사역에 결격 사유가 없는 분
7. ECO(복음언약장로교) 소속 목사 또는 ECO 가입에 결격 사유가 없는 분
8. 한국어와 영어로 이중언어 목회 및 사역이 가능한 분
