Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal grooming, hygiene, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Dispense medications and administer medical treatments as required.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain the home in a safe, clean condition.
• Document progress and daily activities using Twinsis; prepare reports and logs.
• Communicate with families/support teams regarding resident well-being and goals.
