Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an experienced bilingual CNA or HHA to provide one-on-one in-home support to patients and families. This in-person, 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible shifts with day, evening, weekday and weekend options, and compensation up to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

If you are fluent in English and Spanish, have at least two years of paid home-health experience, and hold a Florida CNA license or HHA

Qualifications

• Two years of paid home-health experience required.
• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• CPR certification and Level 2 background screening are required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to commute within assigned areas.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and maintain a clean home environment.
• Monitor skin integrity and report changes to the nursing team.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care coordinators in both languages.
