Job summary

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care in Windermere, FL is seeking an experienced bilingual CNA or HHA (Spanish/English) for in-home, one-on-one support. The role is offered as full- or part-time in a 1099 Independent Contractor capacity, with in-person visits across Windermere and surrounding areas.

You will support patients in daily activities, monitor health and communicate in both English and Spanish to families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Two years of paid home-health experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for patient and family communication.
• CPR certification and Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

How You Will Help

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care

• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care coordinators in both languages

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of paid home-health experience is required
• Certification: Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
• Language: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Compliance: CPR certification and Level 2 background screening
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to commute within assigned areas
• Classification: Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
