Qualifications

• Must have Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant interim certification from WA State Department of Health.
• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program with minimum training hours including clinical externship.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update patient medical records and vital signs.
• Prepare for patient visits ensuring reports are available.
• Explain procedures to patients and assist during exams.
• Collect lab specimens and administer medication.
