Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time role in Tampa, FL. Schedule Monday-Friday 6:50am-4:00pm; department Internal Medicine; location 17417 Bridge Hill CT Tampa FL. Bilingual preferred and ability to perform phlebotomy tasks.

You will perform patient care under physician/APP supervision in ambulatory care, gather data, assist during examinations, document procedures, and support scheduling and patient communication per policy.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of Medical Assistant training from an approved school or verifiable patient-care experience.
• Current BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Gathers patient data through interviews and observation.
• Assists physician/APP during examinations and procedures.
• Documents treatments and patient education per policy.
• Schedules tests and communicates with patients for follow-up.
