The Bilingual Clinician will conduct mental health assessments for Unaccompanied Children in care, provide ongoing individual, group, and crisis intervention, and participate in on-call rotations and psychiatric emergencies. This is a full-time exempt role with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Masters or bachelor’s degree with clinical experience requirement.
• LSW/LCSW/LMFT/LPC licensure preferred; licensure eligible required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish read/write/speak required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments for Unaccompanied Children in care.
• Provide individual, group, and crisis counseling.
• Participate in on-call rotation and psychiatric emergencies.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Develop discharge and support plans and coordinate ISP development.
• Collaborate with minors, families, sponsors, and providers.
