The role emphasizes trauma-informed, family-centered care, with clinical supervision and collaborative teamwork to support youth resilience and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in behavioral science from an accredited institution.
• Current license registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Complete documentation and maintain treatment records per program standards.
• Liaise with families, caregivers, and external agencies to implement treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling as needed.
