Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) is a private non-profit treatment provider headquartered in New Britain, with seven locations throughout the city and in Waterbury. We partner with clients and the community to promote recovery from mental illness and substance use, treating more than 7,500 adults and children each year. CMHA is looking to hire a full-time 40 hours per week Clinician. This position will be in New Britain, CT. (Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:00pm).
Compensation: $57k minimum to $87k maximum per year.
Starting salary will be determined based on relevant years of experience.
Clinician I are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on.
Clinician II are eligible for a $7,000 sign-on.
Sign-on will be paid in 2 installments, after 6 months of employment and 1 year of employment.
Position Summary: Provides direct clinical services to individuals in the community; including but not limited to evaluation/assessment; home & community-based services; outreach; case and care management; individual and family therapy and crisis intervention. Collaborates with team members in coordination with other agencies and community service providers.
