Clifford Beers Community Care Center is seeking an FFT Therapist – Bilingual to provide home-based family therapy for youth 10–18 and their families. You will deliver sessions in English and Spanish, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and develop safety and treatment plans while collaborating with schools, DCF, and other agencies.

The role requires evening availability, travel in the Greater New Haven area, and a master's degree in a related field with CT licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Connecticut licensure or license eligibility (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPCA, LMFT, LMFTA, or equivalent).
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Experience in home-based behavioral health services and with adolescents/families.

Responsibilities

Our mission is to provide integrated services addressing mental, physical, and social determinants in order to improve health, resiliency and quality of life for children, families and communities.PURPOSEThe Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Therapist – Bilingual provides evidence-based, home-based family therapy services utilizing the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model. This position serves youth ages 10–18 and their families and requires the ability to provide clinical services in both English and Spanish to ensure equitable access to care for families with limited English proficiency.The therapist will provide, at a minimum, weekly one-hour home-based family therapy sessions and maintain a caseload of approximately 10–15 families receiving services over an eight- to twenty-six-week period.
