Seneca Family of Agencies is seeking a Bilingual Facilitator to support youth and families through wraparound services in a team-based setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and partners to implement individualized care plans and coordinate services.

Responsibilities include leading CFTeams, developing plans of care, and ensuring timely clinical documentation, with on-call rotations and ongoing trainings. A sign-on bonus is provided for new hires.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling/Social Work/Psychology required.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency with assessment.
• Good organizational and writing skills.
• Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Child and Family Team meetings with youth and family.
• Prepare for and facilitate meetings; update and distribute the Plan of Care.
• Guide needs discovery, strengths identification, and IP-CANS for planning.
