Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking an Assistant to Director to provide high-quality clinical services and to lead a multidisciplinary team while ensuring compliance, productivity, and coordination across programs.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, active Illinois licensure, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong documentation skills. The position is based in Chicago with a consistent daytime schedule and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Active Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW) required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Community mental health experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor electronic mental health records for accuracy, completion, and timeliness.
• Follow supervisory directives and comply with agency guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure documentation and service standards are met.
• Consult regularly with the Director on service delivery and intervention quality.
