Job summary

Counseling4Kids seeks a Clinical Associate to provide in-office and school-based therapy for children and families in our California service area. You will deliver DMH-standard services, maintain accurate records, and meet weekly billable hour targets in a collaborative clinical team.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a relevant Master's degree, and active California BBS registration. Travel to schools and home visits may be involved in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy or Counseling.
• Current registration with California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an APCC, ASW, or AMFT.
• Experience providing mental health services, including diagnostic evaluation and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the mission and core values of Counseling4Kids.
• Maintain 24 hours of billable services per week and manage caseloads.
• Document assessments, treatment plans and progress in EXYM per DMH guidelines.
• Provide in-office and school-based therapy to children and families.
• Engage in supervision and comply with all laws and policies.
• Travel to client schools and maintain HIPAA-compliant transportation as needed.
