You will collaborate with Operations and Sales to renew contracts, log feedback, and drive service improvements, while communicating clearly and professionally with clients in person and over the phone.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client retention, sales and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST.
• Ability to interact with clients in person and over the phone.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients regularly to discuss quality of cleaning services.
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales to guarantee contract renewals.
• Maintain a professional presence while addressing client concerns.
• Communicate requests, complaints, and feedback to operations and log issues.
• Follow up after service adjustments to ensure satisfaction.
• Document and report all client interactions and resolutions.
• Foster strong client relationships to promote trust and retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client relations.
• Meet quarterly sales budget by offering additional services to existing customers.
