Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists teachers to implement lesson plans and develop students’ daily living and behavioral skills.
• Maintains classroom equipment, files, and learning materials to ensure a safe, conducive environment.
• Adapts assignments under teacher direction to reinforce objectives.
• Monitors students in class and on playground to maintain safety.
• Performs basic clerical tasks and scheduling to support the teacher.
• Leads students or groups in learning activities as directed to reinforce classroom objectives.
• Administers basic first aid and medical assistance as needed to ensure student safety.
