Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous healthcare, chiropractic, rehabilitation, medical assistant, or patient-care experience preferred.
• Comfortable working directly with patients and demonstrating exercises.
• Friendly, professional, confident communication with patients.
• Willing to learn and follow clinical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with chiropractic treatments and therapies as directed by the doctor.
• Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and stretches.
• Work with patients on exercises using equipment such as resistance bands, stability balls, balance equipment and rehab tools.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure patients perform them safely and correctly.
• Assist with patient positioning and preparation for treatment.
• Monitor patients during exercises and therapies and communicate concerns to the doctor.
• Provide friendly and professional patient service throughout the visit.
• Assist with front-desk and administrative duties: answering phones, scheduling, check-in/out, payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Help keep treatment areas clean, organized, and ready for patients.
• Collaborate with clinic team to keep the clinic running efficiently.

The pay range for this role is:
